No Visitors Please

Due to recent announcements regarding increased positive COVID-19 testing in our local community, The Forrest Centre have implemented further visiting restrictions for our nursing homes.

Essentially there are no more visits to take place except for those outlined in the attached memo.

We are aware of the impact this will have on families and residents, however, see this as a necessary step to protect the health and wellbeing of those in our care.

Guidelines for visiting our Nursing Homes

The National Cabinet has agreed to the recommendations by the AHPPC to enhanced arrangements to protect older Australians in Residential Aged Care Facilities and in the community. As always, The Forrest Centre has our resident’s safety and wellbeing as its primary concern. We are sure that as concerned family members and community you will join us in ensuring these restrictions are adhered to.
