Lust for Life at Loreto!

Prior to Christmas on Tuesday afternoon we celebrated the residents who were having their birthdays in December.

We were joined by the students from Ashmont Public school spreading some Christmas cheer with a few songs including a very lively version of Happy Birthday.

 On Wednesday we had the residents Christmas party, wonderfully celebrated amongst the residents and family/friends including a visit from our Aussie Santa.

We had Owen Raff visit us to play some classical and jazz music before lunch, followed by Jeremy Swann playing Christmas carols on the piano.

 Friday came around we finalised the voting for our decorated doors competition with our winners as voted by residents, visitors and staff.

And our winners were in the Residents category – John Ryan and in the Staff category Sue Carracher. Congratulations to them both getting very creative and into the spirit of things.
