Teddies for sick kids

Some residents at Mary Potter Nursing Home started a knitting group in September.

Our residents have knitted the squares to make Owls and Teddy bears and our volunteer Mary has completed them for us.  Leonie said that the owls would be good for their elderly patients to hold onto as well as children who become patients.  We will continue to make these cuddly creatures and forward them to the hospital.
