Exercises at home

Gwen and Janet usually enjoy their exercise class with a group of friends who are clients of Forrest Community Services. Social Distancing requirements have put a temporary hold on the group class, however Gwen and Janet are still keeping up their exercises with the help of Jessica, our physiotherapist. You go girls!!
