Riverina BMW Food and Wine Festival

This year, funds raised during the event will benefit The Forrest Centre Hospice.

Laurie Blowes, of Wollundry Rotary and chairman of the festival’s organising committee, said the goal was to raise funds to help with furnishing the hospice.  Specialised equipment including electric beds, a bariatric shower trolley and oxygen concentrators will be welcomed by the staff as they care for the residents in the Hospice.  Evan Robertson, Chief Executive Officer of  The Forrest Centre, said that The Forrest Centre is thrilled to be selected by Wollundry Rotary as this year's fundraising recipient and thanked the Rotarians for recognising the importance of the care provided to people in the Hospice.
